Indie-rock band Elder Brother is premiering brand new single "No Reason" today. The track will be available for purchase at iTunes and stream on Spotify on Friday, September 1st.

""No Reason" is the first song on our new album and the last song we wrote for it,” says Dan Rose. “We wrote the song in the studio (Nu-Tone Studios in Pittsburg, CA) while we were checking mics to start tracking the rest of the album. Ben (Hirschfield, producer and engineer on the album) got levels while we worked out the main parts of the song. It's one of my favorite songs on the record, and we played it live when we went to Japan last month, and it's already one of my favorites in the set."

Elder Brother is a collaboration between Dan Rose and Kevin Geyer. The duo released their debut record, Heavy Head, in 2014. The following year the band released an EP titled Wish You Were Here, which featured all tracks with the name "Wish You Were Here," including an original and covers of songs originally written by Get Up Kids, Ryan Adams and Pink Floyd. A new record is expected out in 2018.
