Céline Dion: “I am happy to announce that the projects we had discussed with René, being my return to the stage in Las Vegas and the production of a new French language album, have been fulfilled.”
De eerste single “Encore un soir” werd geschreven en gecomponeerd door niemand minder dan de Franse singer-songwriter Jean-Jacques Goldman.
Céline en René wilden al meer dan 12 jaar een nieuwe samenwerking aangaan met Goldman, maar het wachten is dus over: “It was her idea for a song about the passage of time. Encore Un Soir is a delicate song flowing from the wake of an intense life. When you live too fast and too beautifully, sometimes we forget about how fleeting our time is…”aldus Goldman
