During ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag), the conference and showcase festival for European music, Belgium will be represented by several artists: blackwave. , Blu Samu, Borokov Borokov, Brides Of Lucifer, De Beren Gieren, Dvtch Norris, Esinam, Glass Museum, Juicy, Mdc Iii, Phoenician Drive, Portland, Shht, Sonnfjord, Sons, Stikstof, Wannes Cappelle & Broeder Dieleman & Frans Grapperhaus, Warhola, Whispering Sons and Yellowstraps !

Please note that twelve emerging European artists won a Music Moves Europe Talent Award. The Belgians of ‘blackwave.’ are winners in the section HipHop/Rap and are now in the running for the Public Choice Award as well. Fans have been voting until Christmas, and the winners will be revealed at the Awards Night, January 16 at De Oosterpoort Groningen.

The Music Moves Europe Talent Awards celebrate the emerging artists who represent the European sound of today and tomorrow. Every year, outstanding artists will receive a Music Moves Europe Talent Award in recognition of their international success, as well as being rewarded with a performance at ESNS, a training programme and financial support for touring and promotion.

EUROSONIC NOORDERSLAG 2019

During ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag), the European music conference and showcase festival, more than 350 emerging European acts will showcase in Groningen, the Netherlands. Alongside the showcases, ESNS is offering a full conference programme of around 150 panels.

ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) is the key exchange for emerging European music talent, with a proven track record of helping to break new acts on the international music scene. With its first ever dual-country focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia, ESNS stages and keynotes, alongside multiple networking opportunities and award ceremonies. The event attracts more than 4,000 conference delegates from all sections of the entertainment industry, including representatives of over 400 festivals. Including the Belgian festivals in the European Talent Exchange Programme (ETEP).
