49 Winchester Delivers Biggest Headline Show To Date At London's Roundhouse Ahead Of European Run

Virginia-born country-rock powerhouse, 49 Winchester, reached a new milestone in their career two nights ago, performing their biggest headline show to date to a sold-out crowd at London’s iconic Roundhouse. The landmark show marked a defining moment in the band’s fast-rising international ascent as part of their 17-date UK/EU Welcome To The Holler tour, including stops across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands and Scandinavia.

Performing to an ecstatic London crowd, the band delivered a career-spanning set, joined by rising country artist Wyatt Flores for an encore of fan favourites ‘Damn Darlin’ and ‘Russell County Line’ that have earned them acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as some brand new material, hinting at a new chapter for the band.

“Playing the Roundhouse was one of those pinch-yourself moments for us,” said frontman Isaac Gibson. “To see a room that historic packed out with fans singing every word, thousands of miles from where we started in Southwest Virginia, it’s something we’ll never forget. The love and energy from the London crowd made it feel like home”.

The Welcome To The Holler tour marks the band’s fifth time in the UK/Europe in the last two years, with a headline tour last year, two C2C: Country to Country festivals under their belt, and the opening slot for Luke Combs’ 14-date arena tour across the continent in 2023, with two sold-out shows at London’s O2 Arena.
