Against I releases Anti Life | Blackened Death Metal

Against I was founded in 2022 by Fredrik Keith Croona, known as vocalist and founder of Cynical Existence and ex-vocalist of Menschdefekt.

Together with Mathias Back (guitars) and Anders Ström (drums), they fuse elements of metal with hints of electronic parts into a cacophony of aggression and melodies. In 2023, they released their debut album Carnival of Excess on Advoxya Records.

2024 saw the release of the EPs Perfect Smile and the follow-up Destruction Lullaby, which took the band in an entirely new direction. Later in 2024, the band dropped their second full-length album Songs for the Dying.

In 2025, the band is working hard on its third album.
