Airbeat One Breaks Attendance Record: 210,000 Celebrate the “Netherlands Edition”

At 5:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, the final beats thundered from the speakers of Germany’s largest electronic festival spectacle as the crowd bid farewell with “Doei AIRBEAT ONE.” Over four nights and three days, 210,000 guests celebrated the 23rd edition of the mega festival in Neustadt-Glewe, setting a new attendance record. Visitors from all across Germany and more than 50 countries transformed the airfield into the third-largest city in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for 96 hours.

The spectacular closing fireworks not only revealed the dates for the next edition, but also unveiled the theme for the coming year. The 25th anniversary edition will take place from July 7–11, 2027, taking visitors on a journey to Australia. Brand new for the anniversary celebration, AIRBEAT ONE will expand to a fourth festival day. On Wednesday—previously reserved for campers only—the festival will officially kick off with a special opening program.
