Alcopop! Records Announce #ALCOPOPADVENT

Here to raise our spirits after what has been a difficult year, UK label Alcopop Records! has today launched their very own online advent calendar where fans will have the opportunity to take part in a series of competitions and festive fun throughout December.

The online proceedings began today with a specially hosted competition from London-based Japanese alternative-rock band BO NINGEN who released their fourth studio album, Sudden Fictions through Alcopop! in June 2020. Fans taking part can win a very rare test-pressing of the album (1/5), as well as enjoying a Pay What You Want download of an amazing live mix from their 2018 tour.

The competitions will run throughout December until Christmas day with competitions prizes available from not only bands on the Alcopop! Roster but wider partners and friends too, including: Vans, Fireball, Jägermeister, 2000 Trees, Futurama Festival, Dork Magazine, Signature Brew & more.

Commenting on the news, label founder, Jack Clothier says "It's always nice to work with our pals to give away some cool things, and it feels like now - more than ever - it's a good opportunity to share some love around."

"So many of the Alcopop! bands have given us unbelievably cool prizes, and it's great to see some of our favourite brands getting into the spirit too. We've tried to mix it up so there's pay what you want digital stuff, 'get in quick' PWYW vinyl, awesome prizes and lots of money can't buy goodies popping up all month.
