Alice Barlow unveils new song “Behind"

Today, South London songwriter/ producer Alice Barlow unveils her brand new single “Behind”. Over woozy guitars and propelling rhythms’, Alice’s voice compels as she sings: “And I try / To forget / This moment / Bury it”.

Speaking about the song, Barlow explains: “Behind is about trying to escape yourself, the impulse to go anywhere to leave behind the difficult stuff, but the reality that those feelings will persist wherever you go, until you face them”

Barlow handled most of the production duties for “Behind” with additional production from Dilip Harris (Mica Levi, Sons of Kemet, King Krule).

In addition to her solo work, Barlow is also a member of WOOM and produced their 2025 EP Slow To You.

Fresh off a successful Australian tour supporting Hana Stretton and Cate Le Bon, Barlow has just started a monthly radio show on Sister Midnight – check out the first one here. Earlier this summer, Domino released a re-recorded version of Alice Barlow’s song “In A Vice”.
