ANTS capture Saturdays at Ushuaïa Ibiza with inspired international lineups

Ushuaïa Ibiza will welcome its eighth and most innovative ANTS season yet for 22 unmissable Saturday events from May 7th - October 1st. ANTS INVASION will see the pioneering open-air club transformed into an awe-inspiring world of avant-garde production and visual effects, with a cutting-edge soundtrack provided by world-class acts including Andrea Oliva, Davide Squillace, Eats Everything, Eli & Fur, FISHER, Groove Armada, Hot Since 82, Joris Voorn, KiNK, Kölsch, La Fleur, Maya Jane Coles, Nic Fanciulli, Pete Tong, Richy Ahmed, Solardo and many more.

Created by The Night League, the famously imaginative ANTS is widely recognised as one of the most unique and original party experiences on the planet. Each week it offers not only in-demand international DJs and live acts but also forward-thinking design, ingenious production and real late-night theatre thanks to the performers that add an extra sensory dimension to each event around the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza pool.

This year's series takes inspiration from 1960’s B-movies and sees a giant killer ant crash-landing into the ANTS Ibizan nest. On arrival, the ant sets out on a mission to capture the nest with mind-bending light, sound and visuals unlike any you will have seen before. It is guaranteed to make for a high octane and immersive experience coupled with an unmistakable ANTS soundtrack provided by artists from electronic music's vanguard.

This much-anticipated new season welcomes back legendary ANTS selectors for several dates across the season, all of whom epitomise the unmistakable ANTS sound. This includes tech house mainstays Andrea Oliva, Davide Squillace, Eli & Fur, Matthias Tanzmann and Nic Fanciulli, the stylish melodic techno sounds of Joris Voorn, along with boundary-pushing Kompact artist Kölsch. More ANTS family performing several times across the season, including the always bombastic Eats Everything, the titanic Groove Armada, explosive tribal house man MELÉ, and the essential sounds of Maya Jane Coles, along with fresh tech house from Chelina Manuhutu, Franky Rizardo and Richy Ahmed.

There are also plenty of returning favourites covering all musical bases, including techno figureheads Alan Fitzpatrick and Paco Osuna, GRAMMY-nominated duo CAMELPHAT and Australian superstar FISHER, global house figureheads Hot Since 82, Solardo and Yousef, and dance music legend Pete Tong. Underground favourites Guti, La Fleur, Lauren Lane, Monki and wAFF also star along with DJ sets from Detlef, Francisco Allendes, Jackmaster, Jamie Roy, Ilario Alicante, Latmun, Maze & Masters, Raul Rodriguez and The Menendez Brothers. Elsewhere, there’s music from legendary club selector Paul Woolford, Ibiza favourites Enzo Siragusa and Manu Gonzalez, the always eclectic Jasper James, tech house talent Cloonee, Bristol house head Eli Brown and Portugal’s Gonçalo.

On top of those always vital regulars, this year there is a long list of exciting debutants playing ANTS for the first time. They add another intriguing layer to the ANTS sound and include Danish house duo Anek, UK tech house innovators Archie Hamilton and Ben Stirling, new school house and techno hero Franky Wah, fast-rising talents Chloé Robinson and Florentia, Berlin collective IAM, and Defected's breakout Chicago-born house talent John Summit. Famed Bulgarian hardware wizard KiNK also makes his ANTS debut, along with edgy house crew Mason Collective, rising Manchester star Mason Maynard, explosive tribal house man MELÉ, PIV label head Prunk, eclectic London DJ Syreeta, Spanish selector Wade and breakthrough house talent Wheats.
