ARMNHMR Teams Up With Oaks For New Single “Falling” via Lost in Dreams Records

Los Angeles-based producer duo ARMNHMR has teamed up with Swedish singer-songwriter Oaks for "Falling," out now on Lost In Dreams Records. The single introduces a new direction for the duo, with a bold, more mature sound.

ARMNHMR has built one of dance music's most passionate fan communities by pairing cinematic melodic bass with deeply personal songwriting. The duo has earned over 100 million streams, sold out headline shows across North America, and played festivals including EDC Las Vegas, Ultra Music Festival, and Tomorrowland.

Based in Stockholm, Oaks is the pseudonym of Swedish singer-songwriter Winona Oaks, an alter-ego allowing her to shed her identity to completely submerge in electronic music. Her captivating voice and poetic lyricism has made her an idyllic collaborator for prominent tastemakers in dance music.

“Falling” is a melodic house track built around Oaks’ striking vocals, which capture the slow, painful spiral of being at odds with a former lover. It opens dark and moody before shifting into a driving dance groove with heavy bass and bright synths. The single marks a turning point for ARMNHMR, maintaining the emotion and energy their fans connect with while taking a more intentional approach to songwriting and production.

ARMNHMR debuted on the label in June with their single “Find A Way,” drawing 138.5k streams and earning plays from Illenium and Adventure Club. They have released two LPs since 2020, their debut “The Free World” and the sophomore “Together As One,” including collaborations with Luma, Micah Martin, Lights, Nevve, KARRA, Britt Lari, and Dia Frampton. They are currently gearing up for their yet to be released 20 stop Fall North American Album Tour, expecting to sell upwards of 30,000 tickets.

Oaks appeared on the label this year with her “Mirage” single with Jason Ross, featured on his “True North” album, pulling in 916.2k streams, earning tastemaker plays from William Black, Illenium, Cuebrick, Frank Walker. She has surpassed 351M combined streams since launching the alias in 2023, including high profile releases alongside The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, Seven Lions, Andrew Bayer, BUNT., Sam Feldt, Robin Schulz.

"We've been fans of OAKS for years, so getting to write with her on 'Falling' felt like a full-circle moment. This record marks the start of a new chapter for us, both in our sound and in who we are as artists. We wanted to make music that feels more grown-up and intentional, something that can hit just as hard in a dark club at 2am as it does on a main stage in front of thousands of people. 'Falling' is the first real look at where ARMNHMR is headed." - ARMNHMR
