Axel Boy drops his Phases EP on Circus Records

Axel Boy just dropped his high octane nocturnal EP Phases on Circus Records. Despite plying his trade primarily at night, fans have not been sleeping on his latest tracks, drumming up furious excitement for his combination of UK Bass and US Dance. His music doesn’t sit on the fence, it smashes full force through it.

Introducing himself to the Circus fans with “Got To My Head,” the catchy melodies and slick sound design exude confidence, no surprise when you have chops like his. Following on with the storming “Escapism,” he’s quick to nail down the listeners with top class percussion. Even Houdini would struggle to escape.

Letting all know what he’s capable of, Axel Boy returned to the label after spinning singles for Jauz’s awesome Bite This! Imprint, and even going as far as collabing with the prominent bass producer himself. A third single “Let It Show” followed truly cementing his place as a figurehead of Circus Records’ domination of bass in 2019.

At this point, listeners could have reasonably assumed he was out of bangers for the summer, but “Scat Down Low” smashed up club floors on both sides of the Atlantic, impressing big names such as 12th Planet, SKisM, JAGUAR SKILLS, Koven and DJ BL3ND. Fans can clearly expect next level carnage when tuning into Axel Boy’s new EP.
