Ben Howard celebrates the 10th anniversary of 'I Forget Where We Were'

Ben Howard is celebrating the tenth anniversary of his critically acclaimed second album, I Forget Where We Were, with a 13-date UK tour and a European tour this fall, including a sold-out show at the Grand Rex in Paris and a concert at Forest National in Brussels.

During this tour, Ben Howard will perform the entire album for the first time as a retrospective. Fans will also be treated to reinterpreted versions of songs from the iconic album, along with B-sides, forgotten gems, and hidden tracks.

As part of the album’s reissue, Howard is releasing four unreleased tracks recorded during the album's original 2014 sessions that have never been heard before. He will also unveil an alternate version of the album’s artwork, a design that could have been chosen when the album first dropped in 2014.

The newly reissued album on vinyl will be available on October 11th, with the first single, How Are You Feeling? out today.

Released in 2014, I Forget Where We Were marked the arrival of a darker, more mysterious atmosphere. While there were concerns that this shift might alienate the younger audience that had embraced Every Kingdom (which sold over a million copies), the album immediately dispelled those fears by debuting at number one on the UK charts. This success allowed Ben Howard to play to larger audiences than ever before, including three sold-out shows at London’s Alexandra Palace (10,000 seats).

At the heart of the album is its title track, a song that, like the album itself, has stood the test of time. When Ben performed it unexpectedly during his tour for his fifth studio album, Is It? released in June 2023 by TôT Ou Tard at the Rock Werchter Festival, the fans erupted with pure, powerful nostalgia, shaking the venue with their collective emotion.
