Berthaju is excited to team up with Shai for their upcoming releases

Shai Records is proud to welcome female-gaze indie rock band BERTHAJU to its roster. The collaboration will officially launch on May 6 with the release of their first single 5 YEAR PLAN, showcasing a grungier, more punk-driven sound. The track is taken from their upcoming EP of the same name, due later this year.

Speaking about the signing, label manager Mila Groen says:

“BERTHAJU immediately stood out to us during Popronde 2025 with their energetic performances and infectious sound. What started as shared enthusiasm quickly grew into a natural collaboration.
