Birdpen drops new single "O' Mighty Vision"

Following up from the first single 'The Chairman' BirdPen release their second single from the album of the same name, 'O’ Mighty Vision'. 'O’ Mighty Vision' is a song about falseness and all the leading powers in the world. They pretend to care, they don’t. They say they will change, they won’t. They keep secrets and keep us fed on their words of false safety and security.

They say that we are everything and together we can complete a Mighty Vision. Who’s vision are we seeing out? Yours or theirs? Musically if you’ve ever wondered what Beach House would sound like had they ever gotten hold of a Roland 808, then 'O’ Mighty Vision' will answer your question. It’s an amalgamation of beautifully layered guitars and razor sharp mechanical beats.

The track was written, recorded and produced by Dave Pen and Mike Bird at The Barn in The New Forest, UK and mastered by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios.

The Single is available from August 12th and the album is out August 26th on J.A.R Records via Fintage Music International B.V. (a Fintage House company). The video for the single will be launched this Friday!
