Internationally acclaimed blues-rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter Eric Steckel has announced the release of his brand-new studio album, “Sandstorm,” on September 11, 2026, via OPEN / SPV Recordings.
The track, along with its accompanying music video, will be available on all major streaming platforms starting August 26, 2026.

Eric about Axe to Grind: "I always had this idea, you know, in the back of my mind of doing a song with this title because it's just a great play on words and you guys know I love my distorted guitars. So there's kind of a triple meaning almost, you know, with this. And so this was a cool song to write, a really fun song to record. Hope you guys can relate to it and feel it."
