Brittany Bindrim : 'Sea Storm Maestros' - remix EP by US dark pop artist out 30.08.24 on Metropolis Records

Chicago-based dark pop artist Brittany Bindrim has today released ‘Sea Storm Maestros’, a companion remix EP to her recent debut album ‘Velella Velella’, issued in March 2024 on Metropolis Records.

The EP contains powerful remixes by album producer Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, The Beta Machine), Walter Flakus (Stabbing Westward, Stabwalt), Daniel Myer (Haujobb, Covenant), Cyanotic, _the boundless_ and Greg Panciera.

“The unique spin on each of these tracks off the album offers something exciting and unexpected while honouring the spirit of the original song,” says Bindrim. “I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this EP, all thanks to the incredible talents and interpretations of these powerhouse collaborators!"

The stunning cover artwork was created by Bindrim herself and features a vibrant, dynamic sea storm of swirling waves in deep shades of blue. Her blend of surrealism and abstract expressionism evokes a sense of both tumult and beauty, perfectly aligning with the theme of 'Sea Storm Maestros’.
