BST Hyde Park: Bon Jovi announced as first 2027 headliner
American Express presents BST Hyde Park announces its first headliner for 2027, welcoming back the band who headlined the festival’s inaugural show in 2013. BON JOVI, the GRAMMY Award-winning, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band and one of the most iconic live acts of all time, will headline on Thursday 24 June 2027. Tickets go on general sale on Friday 23 October at 10am BST. Visit www.bst-hydepark.com.
When BON JOVI first headlined BST Hyde Park in 2013, they opened the festival the only way they know how - with a huge show packed with anthems, setting the bar for the years to come. Now one of rock’s biggest live acts make their epic return to Hyde Park.
“We have a storied history with performing at Hyde Park on previous tours and it’s a full circle moment to be returning to BST Hyde Park, 14 years after headlining the very first festival,” said Jon Bon Jovi. “The Forever Tour has been an incredible celebration of the music and the fans who have been with us all these years. There’s nothing quite like the energy of a UK crowd, and the joy and excitement we shared with our fans this summer was something truly special. To bring that energy back to Hyde Park means a lot to us. We’re grateful for every one of you and can’t wait to make more memories together.”
It’s been a huge 12 months for BON JOVI. In 2026, they made their highly anticipated return to the stage with a run of major shows, including nine sold-out nights at New York’s Madison Square Garden, sold-out shows in Edinburgh and Dublin, before ending on three spectacular sold-out shows at London’s Wembley Stadium as part of the Forever Tour.
Last year saw the release of FOREVER (Legendary Edition), which reimagines songs from the band’s FOREVER album alongside an impressive line-up of collaborators, including Bruce Springsteen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Jason Isbell, Carín León, Joe Elliott, Robbie Williams and Avril Lavigne.
Jim King, CEO of AEG Presents UK and European Festivals: “Bon Jovi helped launch BST Hyde Park in 2013, and it’s a pleasure to welcome them back. They are one of the defining rock bands of their generation, with an extraordinary catalogue of hits and a live show that remains as powerful and compelling as ever. They continue to connect with audiences around the world, making this rare return to Hyde Park a genuinely special occasion.”
More names for the 2027 edition of BST Hyde Park will be announced soon, following a record-breaking 2026 season featuring Garth Brooks, ATEEZ, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, Duran Duran, Pitbull and Lewis Capaldi.

About Hyde Park:
Every year millions of visitors from London, the UK and across the globe enjoy the iconic Hyde Park, one of the capital’s eight Royal Parks. Spanning 350 acres of green space in central London, Hyde Park has hosted world-renowned music artists since the 1960s. The summer concerts are an essential part of income generation for The Royal Parks, providing necessary funds to maintain and develop the parks for future generations to enjoy. They also help support the diverse culture of London and introduce new audiences to the parks.
About The Royal Parks:
The Royal Parks is the charity which manages, protects and improves the parks in an exemplary and sustainable manner so that everyone, now and in the future, has the opportunity to enjoy their natural and historic environments.
The charity looks after eight of London’s finest open spaces: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s Park, The Green Park, The Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park. It also manages other important open spaces in the capital, including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.
It costs around 75m a year to manage the parks. The charity raises around 80 percent of this money itself, with the remaining 20 percent coming from the Government.
