c | new single 'I Want It', new album 'Lust For Blood Deluxe Version' September 16
Rhea surprise released a new single yesterday: ‘I Want It’. The band from Ghent is known for their energetic live performances. Fans are often out of breath after a show because they come straight out of a moshpit or because they scream every song with Jorge, the lead singer. After being the support act of Wolf Mother and Royal Blood, they played on the mainstage of Rock Werchter this summer, which was a real boyhood dream coming true. Rhea already released 2 EP's, a full album 'Lust For Blood' and now there is also a deluxe version of this album coming on the 16th of September. ‘I Want It’ is the last new track to be revealed of the 'Lust For Blood Deluxe Version'. The band previously released other bonus tracks 'Rather Be Nothing', 'Ready To Rumble' and 'Vertigo'.
The new single ‘I Want It’ is a new way of Rhea showing what they are capable of. Rhea about ‘I Want It’: “I Want It” is about trying to bring out the best in you, giving it all you got despite not feeling socially accepted, or even a member of society at all. It’s about flipping the switch and deciding maybe it’s not the fact that you’re not a part of it, but rather that you don’t want to be a part of it."
