Circus Records' Beatcore takes us to Lunar Paradise with new EP

Beatcore is a man on a mission, and it’s one that we at Circus thoroughly approve of. He’s bursting to create bass music with as much melody, emotion, colour and energy as possible - it’s inspiring us with boundless joy and excitement so we had to lock him down for an EP! Listening to this body of work really is like a kaleidoscopic dream, transporting us though the bass music stratosphere to his ‘Lunar Paradise’.

He’s been working hard in the studio, honing his craft and building up a hugely impressive and coherent catalogue. He has multiple releases on NCS, Chime’s Rushdown, Lowly, MA Musicand a whole host of others, each one impressing while hinting at the beauty to come. We feel lucky to have caught him at such a moment, just as his production magic starts to enter such fantastic and intriguing realms.

Each track explodes like a glitter bomb, the opener ‘Stay Here’ tugging at the heart strings while boasting the ultra-modern sci-fi production values that set our minds alight. Soaring through recent singles ‘Bring You Down’ and ‘Introspective’ with the stunning vocalist Ashley Apollodor, there’s an enchanting mid-point breather in the form of the delicate downtempo ‘Dawn (Interlude)’ with Heavy Bliss, and we end our journey with the euphoric DnB of ‘You’.
