Clustersun - New album 'Anti You' out March 5th - Hear/Watch video for first single 'Fire! Fire! Fire!'

“Fire! Fire! Fire!” is the first glimpse into 'Anti You', the new album by Italian psych-gaze trio CLUSTERSUN, due for release on March 05th 2027 via Sister 9 Recordings (UK) and Vina Records (ITA).

A furious collision of shoegaze, post-punk and psychedelic noise, 'Fire! Fire! Fire!' hits with the visceral intensity of A Place To Bury Strangers: sawtooth guitars, relentless drums, hypnotic repetition and a sense of barely contained combustion. It is fast, physical and unapologetically excessive, a song built to be played loud and experienced rather than simply heard. The lyrics descend into a feverish vision of destruction and desire, where fire becomes both weapon and lover, consuming everything in its path. There is no escape, no purification, no promised redemption. Only surrender.

The track was already drafted at the very end of the recording sessions for the Sicilian band 2021-album 'Avalanche' and it quickly found life on stage. It became the explosive closing number of almost every show on the three-and-a-half-year European tour that followed. Road-tested night after night, it evolved into one of the band's most visceral live moments, a final eruption of noise, sweat and adrenaline.

That same live dimension comes to life in the music video created by CLUSTERSUN drummer Andrea Conti. Through a hallucinatory edit and a series of trippy, psychedelic and lysergic images, the video captures the band at the heart of their performance as an almost otherworldly experience. A visual trip that amplifies the tension, fury and hypnotic force of “Fire! Fire! Fire!”.

“Fire! Fire! Fire!” is not a song about surviving the flames. It is about choosing to burn. And as the first spark of 'Anti You', it offers a glimpse of what lies ahead: a record born from conflict, pushed beyond comfort and driven by the desire to turn distortion, tension and noise into something dangerously alive.

CLUSTERSUN have been confirmed to play Blaze Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark on March 5th, alongside The KVB, Maquiña, Winona Riders etc, with more dates to be announced soon.
