Cori Nora - new single “Kurt Vibe” released today; album “Please & Focus” out on October 24!

With a voice that lingers like a late-night conversation and production that bends the rules, Cori Nora is carving out her own corner of the sonic universe—one that doesn’t ask for permission, only presence.

«Pleasure And Focus», her upcoming album, is the fruit of intense collaboration with her close-knit band consisting of Nick Furrer, Christoph Huber and Alvin Schwaar. The essence of the album stems from the wish to capture the live gesture of everybody playing together in the same room. With this in mind the band spent five days at ARDA Recorders Porto in early february to record a few songs—what then turned out to become a full album.

«Kurt Vibe» is the first single out of the Porto Session and a radiant song about change and the momentum of moving forward. Listening to your inner voice and coming to terms with yourself can be a bumpy road, but the journey is the destination. «Kurt Vibe» echoes with the spirit of departure and the promise of a new beginning.

The album «Pleasure And Focus» will be released in october 2025 via Irascible Records
