Curtis “Spongy” Oliver Brings Island Vibes on new Digital 45
Trinidadian artist Curtis “Spongy” Oliver returns to the soca scene in style with the release of two new tunes on his new digital 45 with “Time Of We Life” and “Mas We Want,” now available worldwide from all major digital retailers (released January 29, 2016), from FOX FUSE. The two comeback tracks are also the first releases under his new digital distribution deal with New York-based music label, FOX FUSE.
Spongy has us dancing again as both songs deliver his signature sounds, to the delight of his long-time fans and new ears. “Time of We Life” is a smooth, groovy soca song that will have you enjoying carnival vibes all year long. While “Mas We Want” is an up-tempo, power soca tune to get you in the mood for mas, jumping and waving your hands and rags, year round.
In the absence of releasing new soca hits, Spongy has been honing his craft as a vocalist and performer, and is thrilled to be back on the scene and is already having the time of his life.
