Danish Superloader Races Into the Horizon with Their Eccentric Bruiser Rock on New Single 'Yeah, Yeah, Yeah'

Today, the Danish rock 'n' roll band SUPERLOADER releases their new single, the freedom-celebrating guitar anthem ‘Yeah, Yeah, Yeah’. Along with the previous singles ‘And Then Another Ship Goes By’ and ‘Leaving You, Leaving Me’, the song is part of the band’s upcoming EP, set to be released in early 2025.

SUPERLOADER comments on the song theme behind ‘Yeah, Yeah, Yeah’:

“Loneliness comes in many forms. Alone among loved ones.

So, to protect oneself, sometimes you turn everything upside down to project an image of being a tough guy. And sometimes, people believe it.

At the core, you feel safest alone at night on the open road.”

SUPERLOADER is rock 'n' roll to the core. The Copenhagen-based quartet debuted in 2016 with the album Travel in Time, but found their final form with the current lineup in 2022. With experience from bands like Volbeat and Black City, the four members have created a band that does exactly what they want: playing pure, unfiltered rock 'n' roll, with energy, melody, and attitude as their standout qualities—what they call "eccentric bruiser rock".

In 2023, SUPERLOADER released EP1 and EP2 along with several singles, which were compiled into the 2024 album Restless Souls. The album reflects a reborn band, stripping down to the essentials and writing themselves into the proud Scandinavian rock tradition exemplified by bands like The Hives, The Hellacopters, and Turbonegro.

SUPERLOADER is renowned for their energetic and captivating live shows. They have just played a series of Danish concerts, including the Cannonball Festival at KB Hallen, and are currently performing a string of autumn shows as the support act for Magtens Korridorer. They are also looking forward to a headliner show in Oslo this coming November.
