Delia Gonzalez releases 'In Remembrance' on DFA Records 24th April

“DFA Records is proud to announce the release of In Remembrance (24th April 2015), a multimedia project by acclaimed contemporary artist Delia Gonzalez - a name immediately familiar to fans of the label for her collaborative cosmic acid house album The Days of Mars with Gavin Russom (which spawned the now seminal Carl Craig remix of "Relevee") and early DFA singles under disco alias Black Leotard Front.

Bridging the gap between the avant-garde and the dance-floor, In Remembrance is the next landmark in the Delia's artistic pursuits; a multi-discipline collaboration of four classical compositions, short film and choreographed ballet. The solo piano score is accompanied by four remixes by Bryce Hackford essential for fans of Detroit techno and left-field stars such as Actress. The album is presented by the label as a a 2xLP DVD, in addition to compact disc and DVD.
