Des Rocs Releases Official Video For “Ruby With The Sharpest Lies” | Debut Album 'A Real Good Person In A Real Bad Place' Out Now
NYC-native Des Rocs has released the official video for “Ruby with the Sharpest Lies” from his critically-acclaimed debut album "A Real Good Person In A Real Bad Place", released last month via 300 Entertainment (Megan Thee Stallion, Highly Suspect).
"This piece is an homage to the underworld of New York City”, says Des Rocs. “A city symphony grown in the darkness of a lifetime spent chasing a dream".
The video follows him on a manic journey through the dark corners of New York City. Whether hanging out the window over the Manhattan Bridge or roaming the subway, it’s clear that the rabid hustle and unnerving madness of the city is home to Des Rocs. With its ominous and electric sound, “Ruby with the Sharpest Lies” has become a fan favorite from the album, garnering more than 400,000 streams in less than a month.
