Detroit hardcore punk band Bad Beat release L.P. 2024 on Triple B Records

Detroit based Bad Beat are making a statement with their fast and furious blend of hardcore punk. Today, the group drops their aptly named full length, L.P. 2024, on Triple B Records. Blazing through 16 tracks in under 15 minutes on their latest offering, the gang makes every second count with a wild assortment of two-step mosh parts, hard hitting riffs and frenetic vocals. The album deals with themes of stress, loss and anger with an explosive musical style inspired by the likes of Mental and Negative Approach.

The band has played around the midwest and will perform at this year’s Tied Down Fest on June 1st. What can you expect from a Bad Beat live set? “Short and sweet.” says vocalist Jimmy Lawson. “We like to keep things moving, and keep it under 10 minutes. Who wants to sit through anything longer?”
