Dour Festival 2015: a fifth day especially for Mons2015!

As we have already announced, Dour Festival will be celebrating our close neighbour’s year as the European Capital of Culture by adding a special fifth day to the festival. Together, Dour Festival and Mons2015 will be putting on a huge celebration of Culture, Youth and Europe for you. Be there on the 15th July from 6pm onwards. 2manydjs (dj set), SBTRKT, Jungle and La Smala confirmed for Wednesday 15th July!

Having launched their career at Dour under the name ‘Flying Dewaele Brothers’ and travelled the world several times in the interim, 2manydjs are back this year to close the Last Arena at Dour Festival! Those who remember their 2004 set will have advance warning that this is not something to be missed.

Other new names, this time from across the ditch, are London groups SBTRKT and Jungle, both booked with a view to getting Dour grooving. We are also proud to remember the confirmation of La Smala, the Belgian hip-hop group everyone is talking about. They lit up the festival last year, and are back this year to open the festival on the main stage!

The additional night will be free for all those in possession of a full festival pass. Tickets for the Wednesday night alone are on sale for just 25 on www.dourfestival.be and at all the usual ticket outlets. For those in possession of a camping pass, the campsite will open at midday on Wednesday 15th July.
