Pam Risourié releases new Album "I'll Never Be Human".

Parisian shoegaze luminaries Pam Risourié return with their highly anticipated second studio album, I'll Never Be Human, out niw via Atypeek Music, Shoredive Records, and Stellar Frequencies.

Sonic, stellar, androgynous, Pam Risourie's music weaves an introspective bond between shoegaze, postrock and slowcore.

Following the critical acclaim of their previous debut work, Days Of Distortion, this new 8-track, 40-minute opus marks a profound sonic evolution for the band, diving deeper into otherworldly atmospheres, crushing walls of sound, and melancholic, midnight-skies aesthetics. New album I'll Never Be Human is the definitive signature of the band.

The album’s sonic universe was first teased in March 2026 with the release of the mesmerizing lead single Moth, a track that pays homage to the late-90s alternative dream-pop movement while retaining the band's signature Parisian nostalgia.

Recorded with an intense focus on raw emotional textures, I'll Never Be Human explores themes of isolation, existential longing, and the blurry lines between artificial existence and genuine human emotion. Critics have already noted the record's ability to seamlessly blend fragile, ethereal vocals with explosive, distorted guitars that carry listeners through cinematic soundscapes.

Besides the single Moth (https://pamrisourie.bandcamp.com/track/moth), the band has released the singles Reborn (https://pamrisourie.bandcamp.com/track/reborn) and You, The Drug And The Rain (https://pamrisourie.bandcamp.com/track/you-the-drug-and-the-rain)

To celebrate the launch, Pam Risourié will host an official album release party on September 18, 2026, at the iconic venue Le Chinois in Montreuil, Paris. The special event will feature a powerhouse line-up of modern alternative music, featuring support from German nu-gaze outfit Crushing Swans and grunge-goth innovators Neon Bay.
