Electro-pop duo BOY2K returns with hot new single ‘Fever Pitch’ ft. Conor James
Technicolor electro-pop duo BOY2K return with their most infectious single yet, the energetic dancefloor-ready ‘Fever Pitch’ featuring Conor James. The perfect feel-good track to kick off the party season in grand style, ‘Fever Pitch’ combines the groove of modern house music with the irresistible songcraft of acts like Sofi Tukker, PNAU, Empire of The Sun and Scissor Sisters. Part of a full EP out in June to celebrate Pride month, ‘Fever Pitch’ is a catchy introduction to the wild world of BOY2K, the in-your-face proto-boy band from the future!
Composed of Boy Untitled and Boy Apocalypse, BOY2K is a forward-thinking experiment in the connective power of dance music. After meeting at a show in 2019, the pair began making music together, eventually resulting in the birth of a collaborative project that celebrates radical queerness and challenges assumptions about what (and who) dance music is for. Fusing house, techno, nu-disco, and pop music, BOY2K is committed to making people move AND think about the world. Their self-described "resistance music" addresses a wide range of topics, including technology, social media, sexuality, and more.
Boy Untitled has been noted as an “artist to watch” by such publications as Billboard, Earmilk, Gaytimes, NYLON, and OUT! Magazine while Boy Apocalypse has been a featured vocalist on tracks with global dance acts including Adventure Club and BLEM. Together, the duo combines years of experience and diverse perspectives that make for an electrifying sound. In addition to their upcoming debut release, BOY2K is diving headfirst into the Web3 space and are currently collaborating with several outlets to develop next-level projects in the NFT music space.
