Electronica trio Mamari shares new single "Traveller"!

Embedded in down tempo beats and refined analogue and digital sounds, electronica trio mamari weaves a mystical soundscape with the band members Davide Rizzitelli on all the keys, Atilla Schweizer on all the knobs and Natasha Waters singing and playing the violin.

The sound of mamari is mystical and spherical and, with its down tempo beats and hypnotising electronica, is reminiscent of the early albums by Bonobo and Four Tet. The synergy between digital precision and analogue warmth creates a unique soundscape. Natasha Waters' voice adds warmth and depth to the songs. Lyrically, the EP explores the theme of motherhood, coloured by Natasha's personal experiences. The emotional state of being a mother results in an exploration of the big themes: The meaning of life, unconditional love, the cycle of nature.

Today sees the release of "Traveller", the first single from the upcoming EP. "Traveller" is a tribute to the life of a deceased musician friend. "It's a thank you to life with him and to the journey we all get to take on this earth," says Natasha.
