Emilie Zoé presents new video produced by Biscuit Production

"Save the World", extract from "Hello Future Me - The Companion EP" by Emilie Zoé, released on Hummus Records in November 2022

When Emilie Zoé and Biscuit Production met at a concert in 2022, the current passed between them, and the latter proposed to start a new collaboration by producing a video for the artist. The choice fell on "Save the World", the most narrative track of the "Companion EP". After a few days spent together in Clermont-Ferrand and the surrounding mountains cutting stencils and folding paper birds in the cold and rain, the Biscuit Production team (Angèle, Roméo Elvis,...) made this video, which could be a living and moving extension of the "Hello Future Me" artwork. This process is logically consistent with what the title is about: if we share time, passion and love, contemplate what is around us and make small things together with our hands, we may not save the world, but we will certainly make it a happier place, at least for the beings who participated in it, and with the hope that this will also be transmitted to the people who will witness it.

About Emilie Zoé:

Emilie Zoé is an essentially self-taught artist from Switzerland who has been writing, composing and performing songs on stage for over 10 years. Their four solo albums have been released on the independent label Hummus Records, as well as several collaborative projects, including /A\ with Franz Treichler (The Young Gods) and Autisti with Louis Jucker.

With their voice and magnetic presence, Emilie Zoé is building a strong reputation on stage, receiving awards such as "Best Act Romandie" at the Swiss Music Awards 2019, "Prix Suisse de Musique" in 2020, and "Best Live Act" at Swiss Live Talents 2022. Their latest album, « Hello Future Me », released in two parts in 2022, was named "Album of the year 2022" by Indiesuisse.

The Hello Future Tour is an opportunity for Emilie Zoé to perform on prestigious stages, in duo with drummer Fred Bürki, notably at the Nuits de Fourvière in Lyon (FR) with Kae Tempest, at the Haldern Pop Festival and at the Maifeld Derby Festival (DE), or as an opening act for Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds at the Auditorium Stravinsky of the Montreux Jazz Festival (CH).
