Estonian Metal Band Maleva Unleashes "Saab Maailm Otsa" - A Thrashy Melodeath Odyssey

Maleva, the Estonian metal band founded on Muhu island in 2006, has released its latest album, "Saab Maailm Otsa". The album was recorded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2020-2021 and features a unique mix of thrashy melodeath and melodeathish thrash, all sung in the Estonian language. The lyrics delve into themes of history, war, and a collapsing world.

While Maleva's earlier work leaned towards thrash and heavy metal, the latest album adds elements of Finnish-like melodic death metal to their sound. The album was recorded at KO Studio in Tallinn by Keijo Koppel, who has previously worked with Korpiklaani and Metsatöll.

"Saab Maailm Otsa" is Maleva's fourth release, with previous works including "Kolm läksid kord sõtta" (EP, 2016), "Hingemaa" (2011), and "Laulud, mis raiutud kivisse" (EP, 2006). The album is self-released and is available in digital, CD, and cassette formats.

Get ready to experience the powerful blend of Estonian language and heavy metal as Maleva takes you on a journey through history and the collapse of the world with "Saab Maailm Otsa"
