Fallen Utopia brand new album "Disequilibrium"

Disequilibrium" marks Fallen Utopia’s first full length album to date. Twelve songs and fifty-five minutes of uncompromising modern death metal await you. It was recorded in 2016/17 at Sound Delusion Studio in Silberegg, Austria. Artwork was designed by Still a Kid.

Set to be released on January 22nd, Cursed Records comments on this release: "As a label, we are especially proud about this release since Fallen Utopia’s first EP, "Nothing’s Made for Eternity", marked Cursed Records second release ever back in 2012. We are proud that the friendship and collaboration between Fallen Utopia and Cursed Records continues to this day."

Biography:

Fallen Utopia was founded in 2006 by the current members, except for Maximilian Wald who took over the bass in mid-2017 from Christopher Raunigg. Chris had that role for 11 years and as final act contributed the 4-string part the band’s latest record “Disequilibrium”, before parting ways with the band.

Fallen Utopia took part in 66 music events until today, ranging from small bar concerts to big festivals gigs. Already from the early days the band built up a strong fanbase, especially in Carinthia and can also refer to international live experience. With regard to a study of the Pussy Metal Crew, Fallen Utopia is the Metal band with the highest number of gigs in Carinthia from 2010-2015

In 2006 the first 3-song demo CD was recorded at CSW Studio, self-published and sold out, mainly to people taking part in the very strong Metal scene during this period. A full length demo LP followed in 2009, again mixed and mastered at CSW Klagenfurt.

Regarding quality, the EP “Nothing’s Made for Eternity” in 2011, mixed and mastered by Massacre Studio in Styria was a milestone for Fallen Utopia, who joined the label Cursed Records for this release. The band is very content and supported by their label to this very day.

After some years of gaining more and especially international live experience, Cursed Records will release “Disequilibrium” by December 2017 in Carinthia and by the end of January 2018 world-wide. The album is composed of 12 brand new songs, recorded, mixed and mastered at Sound Delusion studio in Carinthia.
