Flood Of Red launch official video for Lashes

Flood of Red recently gave away Lashes, the first single to be taken from forthcoming album Throw, and now the band reveals the official video, directed by Sitcom Soldiers, here.

The band had this to say about the video: “When sitcom soldiers approached us about making a video for 'lashes' we were delighted. We've always loved their work and have worked with them a few times in the past. The video for 'Lashes' was all shot on location in the one day. I travelled down to Bolton, the day before we went on tour in August. I fell in love with the plot of the video. The moment I read the idea, I know I was going to be a part of something special. We literally started filming the moment I arrived. We were all expecting thunder storms that evening but we were very fortunate to have the best looking day ever for filming and it turned out great. Overall, yet again, it was an excellent experience. I suffer real badly from hay fever. standing in a field for a few hours took it's toll but sitcom done me justice by editing out the sneeze attacks.”

Throw will be released 30th June 2014 on Superball Music, and already the album has been receiving great feedback, with Visions Magazine in Germany awarding it their album of the month! The band also recently launched fan-favourite track Whispers & Choirs, you can hear it here.
