French artist St Graal invites Ajar for "Perdu"
‘Perdu’ is the new single of St Graal on which he invites Ajar and his pop universe to create an ultra catchy track. Against a heady rhythmic background, the two artists describe the story of two characters facing their reality. ‘Perdu’ refers to all those moments when you overestimate yourself and feel special. The greater the feeling of invincibility is, the higher is the fall and the more frustrating and disappointing is the reality.
It's thanks to TikTok that the two artists discovered each other and started talking. Their first meeting took place when St Graal invited Ajar to play on stage at his St Graal & Friends party last October at the POPUP du Label in Paris. And a friendship was born.
St Graal
St Graal is a young artist who is part of the new generation of French pop music, like artists like Odezenne, Feu! Chatterton or Hervé. Author, composer and performer, St Graal mixes French Song and Electronic Music. He combines rhythmic productions and poetic texts, sublimated by his powerful voice, to express the onirism of the daily life, the lived and the universal love.
Ajar
Great lover of cinema and literature, Ajar quickly finds in rap and pop music his favorite means of expression. Synonymous with artistic rebirth, he borrows his pseudonym from Romain Gary, in homage to the author awarded by two Goncourt prizes. Through his lyrics with catchy melodies and his ultra catchy up-beat productions, Ajar expresses his sentimental and personal problems, his anxieties and fears. He tackles various and serious themes such as depression, disappointments or even suicide, thus bringing a much more serious dimension to a project with sweetened appearances.
