Fucha Kid Drops Debut Album, The Crossover
Antiguan dancehall-soca crossover artist Fucha Kid makes a splash with his debut studio effort The Crossover, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on June 24, 2014, from FOX FUSE. Born in Antigua, Karl “Fucha Kid” Edwards has been tearing up the airwaves with his infectious voice, smooth grooves and rhythmic expressions on life since 2006. Making music his first passion, it is easy to see why this chart-topper exploded on the airwaves, not just in Antigua but across the region and as far as Holland and Germany. From conscious reggae to dancehall to slow dub to soca, Fucha Kid expresses his love affair with music as a versatile artist, who easily travels between musical genres to give his fans what they want.
Boasting 14 hit tunes, The Crossover showcases his versatility, with fusion vibes that span dancehall, reggae, soca and R&B. Fucha Kid also collaborates with Alicia Roberts on five tracks, while he teams up with Abina and Arsenelli for one song each.
