Genghis Khan is a MC and producer hailing from Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. He is the founding member of the 3 man production team known as The Gemini Lounge (Genghis Khan, Unconscious Rascall, and Jon Jackson).In 2008 Khan released his debut LP The Violence Effect, followed by his critically acclaimed follow-up The Broken Love LP in 2012. Known for his gritty, dark, and often unique personal style, Khan's music has been labeled by some as "Industrial Hip Hop".

A furious blend of vintage boom bap drums and samples, violently layered with synths and ambient atmospheric noise. Lyrically poetic and controversial, Khan's distinct voice speaks from a place of angst.
