Glass Museum releases 4N4LOG CITY is out today!

Like a nocturnal walk through the arteries of an unknown city, 4N4LOG CITY is out today. With this third album, Glass Museum - the duo formed by Antoine Flipo (piano) and Martin Grégoire (drums), now joined by bassist Issam Labbene - steps out of the wilderness of Reykjavik and Reflets to embrace the density of urban life.

Signed to the forward-thinking label Sdban Records, the trio navigates a sound world where asphalt vibrates under countless footsteps and every shadow tells a story.

Recorded across the Drôme, Volta, and a former industrial site in Brussels, the album captures the essence of urban nights through a blend of hypnotic propulsion and soulful interludes.

It features diverse collaborations: Swiss drummer Arthur Hnatek propels “GATE 1” into a krautrock-inspired trance, while JDS lends his voice to “Call Me Names”, imbuing it with the soulful elegance of vintage soul-jazz, reminiscent of artists like Jordan Rakei or Tom Misch & Yussef Dayes. The journey continues with “VAN GLAS”, a hip-hop odyssey crafted with JAZZ BRAK (STIKSTOF), while “III” explores new territories for the piano, merging ambient and breakbeat.

Each track is a fleeting glimpse, a vibrant fragment of a larger living organism, illuminated briefly before rejoining the flow.
