US based DJ and production duo SIDEPIECE present their first single of 2021 ‘Temptation’, out now via the internationally esteemed FFRR imprint and Higher Ground. Enticing us with an intoxicating Tech House heater, SIDEPIECE take aim firmly at the dancefloor just in time for the world to return.
Following on from their collaboration with Diplo for ‘On My Mind’ which has amassed over 120 Million streams across all platforms and has seen over 20K global radio spins across 49 territories, gaining them 5 Million monthly Spotify listeners in the process. The pair consisting of LA based Party Favor and Miami based Nitti Gritti, have built on their 2020 success. Which included heavy support from Kiss FM and BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong who nominated them as one of his ‘Future Stars’.
Building on the momentum set by their solo single ‘Together’, the duo deliver their signature high-octane and infectious vocal sound. On ‘Temptation’ they draw inspiration from legendary R&B and Soul band The Temptations and their 1967 track ‘(I Know) I’m Losing You’. Their latest track pushes forward their sound, showcasing their impressive and broad production versatility.
Highly esteemed producers in their own right, Party Favor and Nitti Gritti came together in 2019 to form SIDEPIECE and saw them unite their styles and help them earn a reputation for sliding between genres on the electronic music spectrum. Party Favor is a Mad Decent regular counting over 400 million streams and multiple chart toppers to his name globally, having collaborated with the likes of Sean Kingston, Gucci Mane, Baauer, Dillon Francis, AAP Ferg, and more.
Nitti Gritti is a Latin Grammy Award and a Latin Billboard Music Award winning producer for his work on Bad Bunny’s album ‘x100pre’ and the song ‘200MPH’, along with recently being given the #14 spot worldwide for 1001 Tracklists’ “Top 101 Producers 2020”.
