Hampered New album, 'Asylum' out on March, 16th

Hampered is a Metalcore project since 2013. The band's current lineup includes Stephane “Stef” KOKOT (drums), Fares “Fafa” PETIT (bass), Romain SANCHEZ (Guitar), Guillaume FRENDO (Guitar & Backing vocals), Valentin “Val” MORIN (vocals). In 2017 Val is replaced by Germinal “Germi” LEULLIER.

Like his first album Asylum, Hampered offers his audience an immersion in his universe. The band proposes complete shows (sound, light, video, sets) and leaves no one unmoved.

Hampered, relates to the grip of man by man, the mind on the body, for the conscience of our own freedom. The only "barriers" are the choices we make that make us believe we don't have any.

Asylum, a new opus of the quintet, is inspired by cult movies such as "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" or "Shutter Island". This first album tells the complex story of a disillusioned hero finding himself plunged into the den of a psychiatric hospital.

Imagine a life where everything is gone, where each of your questions ended in a dead end. It appears the only solution to defeat your hold, leads you to asylum...
