Hooverphonic releases fresh 'French Crop' remix for 'The Wrong Place'
Hooverphonic releases a fresh remix for 'The Wrong Place', their latest single which is currently close to 10 million global streams!
"A couple of weeks ago we were in Rotterdam for Eurovision and I had this lovely waterfront view room in Hotel New York. One morning I open up my curtains and I see the girls of our team doing a workout in front of the hotel. That kind of inspired me to make like 'the wrong mix' of The Wrong Place. A campy, Hairglow (that's my campy alter-ego) eighties, nineties inspired mix. It started as a joke but people loved it and everybody was like "Wow, this is great, do something with this mix". So I came back to 'Shades of Green', my studio, and kept on working on it. I called the remix 'The Hairglow French Crop Mix', inspired by all the commotion about my new haircut in the Belgian press." - Alex Callier
