In Luna- The Architecture Of Negativity

After years of silence, international post depressive black metal project IN LUNA return with their long-awaited new full-length album, “The Architecture Of Negativity”, set for release on October 10, 2026 via Talheim Records. The album will be available as a digipack and across all major digital streaming platforms.

A bleak and emotionally devastating work, “The Architecture Of Negativity” explores the psychological landscapes of despair, introspection and isolation. Blending depressive black metal with haunting shoegaze textures and atmospheric post-black metal, the album draws listeners into a world where darkness is not an external force, but a condition of the mind itself.

Formed in 2011 as an international collaboration between Chile and Spain, IN LUNA was created by guitarist, bassist and programmer Aukka together with vocalist Uruksoth. Since the beginning, the duo has forged a distinctive musical identity by combining the emotional weight of Depressive Black Metal with the ethereal atmospheres of Shoegaze and Post-Black Metal, while focusing lyrically on intimate, pessimistic and deeply personal themes.

Following the release of their debut album “Forgotten Lives” and the split “Urban Negativism” - shared with acclaimed acts including Psychonaut 4, Ofdrykkja and Vanhelga - the band maintained a deliberately low profile, making only a single live appearance at the Iberian Warriors Fest in 2017.

For the recording of “The Architecture Of Negativity”, the duo enlisted two renowned guest musicians: the drummer of Gaerea and the bassist of Hrizg, further enriching the album's sonic depth and intensity.

With “The Architecture Of Negativity”, IN LUNA deliver their most personal and uncompromising work to date - a cathartic exploration of emotional collapse that transforms pain into haunting beauty.
