Instrumental Post-Rockers Halma Release Technoid Remix Album!
Andreas Voß, member of the Hamburg instrumental post-rock band Halma, presents Driving By Numbers (RemixeD), the Halma remix album by his electronic alter ego, Andreas Bianca, out October 31, 2025 on Kapitän Platte. Watch the new music video for the Remix of By The Way below.
The four remixes of the current Halma album are a technoid reinterpretation of the original tracks – Straight to the Floor instead of Floating in Space.
Where Halma unfolds hypnotic guitar landscapes and organic dynamics, Andreas Bianca brings the same spirit into the world of machine rhythms: stripped down, precise, and yet full of depth. The tracks build a bridge between two musical worlds that are closer than one might think – the contemplative calm of post-rock and the stoic consistency of techno. Andreas Bianca translates Halma's structural diversity into consistent beats, shimmering textures, and finely balanced arcs of tension. It is a conscious dialogue between band and beat, between stage and club.
