Jack Savoretti Releases New Single 'The One', Announces UK & Europe Tour Starting September 2026

Jack Savoretti is releasing today the single ‘The One’, from his 9th studio album ‘We Will Always Be The Way We Were’, and announcing his largest UK and Europe tour of his career, starting on September 12th.

On 'The One', the singer-songwriter returns to his 90’s roots. ‘I’m a 90s kid and anyone who grew up then will know what I mean' - he says. 'It's that late night 90s road trip saying ‘we are going to get into trouble tonight and you are The One I want to get into trouble with.’

Recorded by Tommaso Colliva (Damon Albarn, Muse) at Studio 13 off Ladbroke Grove, the single pairs jangly guitars with anthemic soft rock sing-along choruses that are reminiscent of post-grunge bands like REM and US sticoms that defined a generation.

Off the back of two triumphant and critically acclaimed sold out shows at the Royal Albert Hall and a return to the upper end of the album charts, Jack Savoretti has just announced the largest tour of his career starting in Zagreb and ending in Birmingham via the likes of Athens, Milan, Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris. The tour runs across 33 shows in almost as many cities and is on sale now. He also joins the star-studded lineup for BBC Radio 2’s In The Park late this summer in Stirling. Jack Savoretti's latest album, "We Will Always Be The Way We Were", marks a bold return to Jack’s musical roots. Recorded at Eastcote Studios in West London with his long-time touring band, the album arrived 20 years on from his debut Between the Minds and celebrates the craft, camaraderie and creative freedom that have carried him through two decades at the forefront of British songwriting.
