January will see the new single from Australian prog metal act EKOSA: “Deliver Us From Evil”

January kicks off with new music from Australian progressive metal act Ekosa. The band will release “Deliver Us From Evil” on January 8, 2026, following their 2023 debut album Eye For I. The single arrives with an accompanying video filmed by Josh McCawley (Lethal With A Lens), artwork featuring choreographer Emily Davidson, and audio engineered/mixed by Jack Hartley (Adelaide) and mastered by Jamie King (USA — The Contortionist, Between the Buried and Me). Ekosa will also support the release with a January national run including Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne dates

Ekosa's new single “Deliver Us From Evil”, due for release on January 8, 2026, follows the band’s 2023 debut album “Eye For I” as they continue to establish themselves as a force of progressive metal in Australia.

The new single will be accompanied by a music video filmed by Josh McCawley of Lethal With A Lens, who will also handle the single artwork featuring choreographer Emily Davidson on the front cover. The audio for the track was engineered and mixed by Jack Hartley in Adelaide, South Australia, and mastered by Jamie King in the United States, a renowned engineer known for his work with The Contortionist, Between the Buried and Me and many other heavy progressive acts.

Ekosa are embarking on a national tour in January in support of the single, with dates in Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne. The band will be performing with esteemed Australian progressive acts Russian Novel, Eviscerate the Crown, Lotus Born and Bentham's Head. The tour finishes on March 5 in Adelaide where the band will support Colorado tech-death heavyweights Allegaeon alongside locals Ecdysis.
