Jasper Steverlinck releases "Lift You Up"

The single, 'Lift You Up,' can immediately be called an outlier. Jasper himself describes it as an "experiment." "Melancholy will always be close to me, but for the first time, I wrote something cathartic. 'Lift You Up' is, at its core, a positive and hopeful song. It must be my first ever. Initially, I used to sing the song loudly, it had to be belted out. Until I tried the opposite. That was the key to this song. You get into the song until you hear the almost whispering message, the ecstasy of all-encompassing love.

'Lift You Up' will be released on October 27th by Sony Music.

Jasper Steverlinck is one of the most successful Belgian artists of the past 25 years. As the lead singer and songwriter of the Gent-based rock band Arid, he captivated music lovers in Belgium and far beyond with his extraordinary voice.
