Jess Yaffa Releases Live Double Single Thoughts That Keep Me Up At Night: IRL Out Now

Pop-rock artist Jess Yaffa strips her music down to its most genuine form with the release of her double live single Thoughts That Keep Me Up At Night: IRL, arriving September 17 on all digital platforms. Steam it HERE.

The project features live versions of her songs “Taylor” and “Just For One Night,” both accompanied by live performance videos giving listeners a look into Yaffa’s authentic performance style and her ability to connect on a deeply personal level through music. Watch her videos HERE.

Still in her early 20s, the New York City native is emerging as one of pop-rock’s most relatable new voices. Her debut album, Thoughts That Keep Me Up at Night (released April 4, 2025), produced by Grammy-winner Scott Jacoby (Coldplay, John Legend, Vampire Weekend), has already earned critical praise for its emotional honesty and resonant storytelling. Folk N Rock said, “Yaffa proves herself to be a compelling storyteller with a clear sense of voice—confessional, confident, and unafraid to wrestle with uncomfortable truths,” and New Noise Magazine said, “Bleeds emotional, heartfelt lyrics.”

The live versions featured on Thoughts That Keep Me Up At Night: IRL highlight Yaffa’s genuine presence on stage—stripped-down performances that showcase her voice, honesty, and connection with the audience. Her music has been described by Uproxx as “a delightful, guitar-forward pop-rock nugget” and by Earmilk as “high-energy pop/rock that embodies the rush of embracing spontaneity.”

Yaffa will continue performing throughout 2025 while working on new music for release in 2026.
