Joan As Police Woman releases new videoclip for "Tell me"
Joan As Police Woman today reveals the video for ‘Tell Me’, the second single to be taken from her new album Damned Devotion, which is due for release on 9 February via Play It Again Sam. Watch the video for ‘Tell Me’ here.
Speaking about the video, Joan says: “The director, Brian Crano, and I became friends when I scored his upcoming featurePermission (released the same day as my album Damned Devotion). I asked him if he could suggest someone to shoot my video and within 5 minutes he had written me back an entire storyline himself. He used the fact that I enjoy creating personas as the basis for the video. I play a variety of characters; a glam queen, a chef who consumes her own heart, a (self-)interrogator, photographer, etc. Let’s just say at one point I wield a unicorn piñata glitter canon... Tell me tell me tell me what (else) do you want? Hope you enjoy!!”
