Kiesza announces "Sound of a woman" tour with special guest Betty Who

Kiesza, whose landmark multi-platinum worldwide smash “Hideaway” (with over 202 million combined YouTube views and over 100 million worldwide streams on Spotify) hit #1 on iTunes in 21 countries and was the fastest-selling single of last year in the UK, announces her highly anticipated follow up single “Sound Of A Woman” today. At the same time Kiesza, whose major label debut album SOUND OF A WOMAN (on Island Records/4th and B'way/Lokal Legend) rocketed to a #1 debut on the Billboard Dance chart, will hit the road for her first major North American tour this spring.

“KIESZA: The Sound Of A Woman tour with special guest Betty Who” is set to commence at Center Stage in Atlanta on March 30th and wrap up 6 weeks later on May 7th at Metropolis in Montreal. Kiesza will also perform at Ultra Music Festival in Miami on March 27th-29th, Coachella Music Festival in Indio on April 10th & 17th and Governors Ball Music Festival in NYC on June 5th-7th. Kiesza – who has performed on ABC’s Good Morning America and Live with Kelly & Michael, and on TBS’s Conan – will appear as a special guest (for the second time!) on NBCUniversal’s Ellen today. The appearance takes place during Ellen’s top-rated week of birthday show broadcasts. (Ellen’s actual birthday is January 26th).

Kiesza first made her daytime television debut on Ellen back in September. The appearance followed Kiesza’s iconic performance through the legendary Ed Sullivan Theatre on CBS’s Late Show with David Letterman, and a performance down Hollywood Boulevard on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The TV appearances heralded a round of sold-out concerts in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and Boston, in advance of the October 21st release of SOUND OF A WOMAN.
