She just produced a pop-rock EP, “Around the Bend”, which in turn expresses energy, melancholy, anger, thirst for life... in one word: emotion.

About the Ep

Born from a collaboration with the composer-producer Simon Derasse, this second EP explores Krys Holden’s pop-rock influences and enables her to express her whole range of emotions. Moving away from the acoustic ballads of the first EP, songs such as « Get You Out » or « Sweet Lies » depict anger upon an electric guitars’ background, while her powerful voice renders this feeling better than anyone. On the other hand, the soon-to-become hit « Better Day » brings back her american folk music influences. Also on this EP, one can find love anthems such as « Feel my love » and « Strange Feelings », the latter of which - all the while bringing back the ballad spirit of the first EP - still differs from it by its production, showing Krys under a brand new light. As a French artist who totally endorses her Anglo-Saxon influences, today with this second EP Krys Holden provides us with a musical atmosphere at which pop-rock and bluesy voice enthusiasts will rejoice.
